President Bob Fankhauser called the November 6, 2022 meeting to order.
The minutes from the October 2, 2022 meeting were approved as read by Carolyn Clement.
Treasurer’s report was read by Nancy Beisler. A motion was made by Dave Noaker and 2nd by Janet White to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit. Motion carried.
President Report: We received a check for $50 from National for the sale of Bike Raffle Tickets.
Congratulations to Jim Jarrett for receiving the Ron Mani Award.
Vice-President Report: Wes Suladi read a thank you from the Stark State College Foundation as well as the Obituary for our dear member, Claude Casey.
COB Report:

Gun Bash: Harold Fields informed us that we profited $41,039.87 from this year’s Gun Bash. At this time, he has decided to step down as chairman. Anyone interested in chairing this event, please contact Bob Fankhauser.

New Business
A motion was made by Dave Noaker and 2nd by Pat McPherson to advance Sandy Wilfong $4000 in seed money for our adopted families, which consist of 13 kids and 10 adults. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Pat McPherson and 2nd by Jim Sheets to donate a $500 gift card to a relative of James Pierse who lost everything in a fire. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Pat McPherson and 2nd by JoAnne Suladie to donate $1000 for care packages for the 101st Airborne, Poland to Ukraine, pending clarification by Janet White. Motion carried.
The laying of the Wreaths at OWRNC will be December 17th at 10:00am. Be there by 9:00am.
Friday, November 11th is the spaghetti dinner at the VFW from 5-7.
