President Bob Fankhauser called the November 5, 2023 meeting to order.
The minutes from the October 1, 2023 meeting were approved as read by Carolyn Clement.
Treasurer’s report was read by Nancy Beisler. A motion was made by Dave Noaker and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit. Motion carried.
President Report: Bob
Wreath laying at OWRNC will take place on Saturday, December 16th at 8:00am. Presentation at Main Flagpole will be at noon.
Christmas party following the December meeting. A sign-up sheet was passed around. Contact Carolyn Clement.
Vice-President Report: Wes. We received a thank you card from the Chain Breakers Childrens Advocates.
Guests: We welcomed Jere Jarrett.

Gun Bash: Kevin: There were approximately 401 attendees. We earned $39,750. Kevin and Nancy thanked all who worked. Next years gun bash will be held on October 12, 2024.
Adopt a Family Project: Kolleen and Darlene will have more information at our December meeting.
Color Guard: Chris Duncan
Membership: Carolyn Liggett: We have 55 members and 6 Jr members. 2024 dues are due starting in January. In order to get credit for meetings and events you must sign in.
Scholarship Endowment: Janet White: No change from last month.
Suicide Prevention & Military Families: Moe
Wellness Committee: Kevin. Donna Smith’s son has been given a “clean bill of health”. Continued prayers for Jim Sheets, Chuck Lang and Dave Ferriot, silent prayer requests, our military, and our country.
Quarter Master: Tim Hess.
50/50: Was won by Jim Jarrett. $26 will be deposited to events. Jarrett donated his winnings of $26 to our Scholarship fund.

A motion was made by Dave Noaker and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to spend $500 to assist Korean War Veteran, Tom Keener. Motion carried.
THE APRIL MEETING HAS BEEN CHANGED TO THE 14TH
Next board and general meeting are December 3rd. Chapter Christmas party immediately following.
There being no further business to come before the chapter, a motion was made by Pam Murray and 2nd by Jesse Alvarez to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
