General Membership Meeting

President Bob Fankhauser called the January 8, 2023 meeting to order.

The minutes from the December 11, 2022 meeting were approved as read by Carolyn Clement.

Treasurer’s report was read by Nancy Beisler.  A motion was made by Donna Smith and 2nd by JoAnn Suladi to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit.  Motion carried.

President Report: Chapter dues of $40 are payable at this time, thru March 2023.

Make sure and sign for the newest Constitution. A sign-up sheet for the Piston Power Show was sent around.

 

Vice-President Report:  Wes Suladie read an email from James Reilly regarding his visit to our chapter, a thank you card from Scott Haws of the POW/MIA memorial in Canton, a thank you from a very grateful 91-year-old disabled Korean veteran who received some of our gift cards, and a thank you from Marilyn Peacock regarding the 91-year-old veteran.

The next spaghetti dinner will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 5:00 -7:00.

Our next meeting will be on February 5th.

There being no further business to come before the chapter, a motion was made by Pat McPherson and 2nd by JoAnn Suladi to adjourn the meeting.  Motion carried.
