President Bob Fankhauser called the December 12, 2021 meeting to order.
The minutes from the November 7, 2021 meeting were approved as read by Carolyn Clement.
Treasurer’s report was read by Nancy Beisler. A motion was made by Janet White and 2nd by Pam Murray to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit. Motion carried.
President Report: Bob informed chapter that there will be an audit of our financial records every quarter.
He has been given the honor of laying the POW/MIA wreath at OWRNC.
A motion was made by Janet White and 2nd by Donna Smith to spend up to $300 to purchase a Fidelity Bond from State Farm. Motion carried.
Vice-President Report: Jim Smith: We received thank you’s from the Sam Center, Ashtabula VSC and New Freedom Farms. We received a donation of $1000 from Dave and Cindy Noaker, in memory of their son, Dave Noaker II, to be deposited to the Adopt a Family Fund. We also received a $1000 donation from Mid-Ohio Mopar, to be deposited to the general fund, $200 from Carolyn Liggett, $50 for the Guy Liggett Brick Program and $150 for Bud Clement’s memorial fund, and an anonymous donation of $200 for Bud’s memorial fund.
COB Report:
Guests: We welcomed guests Grey Lorano, Wanda Hogsed, Rob Wayne, and the Duncan family.

Patches: Congratulations to Sandy Wilfong for receiving her Rocker & Eagle and to Logan Kuhn for receiving his Jr Member Patch.

Gun Bash: Nancy Beisler informed us that we made a profit of $31,924.80

Color Guard: Oppie: Color Guard will be presenting colors at Abate of Ohio on July 1st.
Membership: Carolyn Liggett: Membership dues of $40 are now due.
Scholarship Endowment: Janet White: $3728 has been awarded in scholarships. The current balance is $70,168.67.

Public Relations:
50/50: Won by Madison who donated her winnings to the Ron Mani Fund. $20.50 will be deposited to events and $20.50 to the General Fund.

New Business
A motion was made by Dave Noaker, and 2nd by Pat McPherson to donate $300 to Quilts of Valor. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Pam Murray, and 2nd by Paulette Pinczes to donate $200 to Blue Star Mothers, Chapter 2 in order to assist them with sending boxes to our military overseas. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Dave Noaker, and 2nd by Alicia Banks to donate $1300 to New Freedom Farms. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Janet White, and 2nd by Pat McPherson to donate $500 to Toys for Tots in Sherrodsville. Motion carried.
