Vice President Wes Suladie called the June 2, 2024 meeting to order.
The minutes from the May 5, 2024 meeting were read by Carolyn Clement. A motion was made by Marty Van Horn and 2nd by Chuck Lang to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried.
The treasurer’s report for the month of May, 2024 was read by Nancy Beisler. A motion was made by Dave Noaker and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to accept the report, subject to audit. Motion carried.

Nominations will be held in July and August for Vice President, Treasurer, C.O.B and three board members: Gerry Beisler, Jack Dowler, and Harold Fields.
We will be visiting Rose Lane Nursing Home on June 11th and 25th at 9:00am. Located at 5425 High Mill Ave, Massillon, OH 44646
Vice-President Report: Carolyn Clement passed around a sign-up sheet for those able to attend the internment for Jim Sheets. We received a $200 donation from the Hawk which will be deposited to general funds. Also, we received a check for $127 from Jack Dowler which will be deposited to Suicide Prevention:

NEW BUSINESS
A motion was made by Mo Pelkey and 2nd by Paulette Pinczes to donate $300 to CASA for their June 15th ride and spaghetti dinner. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Jim Smith and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to donate $250 to Ride for Pride, Keith Nepsa Scholarship. Motion carried.
