President Bob Fankhauser called the February 2, 2025 meeting to order.
The minutes from the January 5, 2025 meeting were read by Carolyn Clement. A motion was made by Dave Noaker, and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s report for the month of January 2025 was read by Nancy Beisler. A motion was made by Pat McPherson, and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit. Motion carried.

Patches: Congratulation to Elena Pierce on receiving her boot patch.
President Report: Jim Kosty is the new National President.
2025 dues of $40 are due. Delinquent as of the March meeting.
A motion was made by Pat McPherson and 2nd by Judi Willgues to donate $10 for donuts at Rose Lane Nursing Home each Tuesday we visit with the Veterans. Motion carried.
Bob paid $759.36 to fix a Veterans car.
Vice-President Report: Wes read two Thank you cards from Veterans who received one of our gift cards, a thank you from the Stark County VSC, and New Freedom Farms.
COB Report: A motion was made by Chris Duncan, and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to approve an on-going expense for The Chair of Honor maintenance per individual installation up to $100 with receipts. Motion carried.

Quarter Master: Tim shared with us that the President of Mid-Ohio Mopar, Wooster, OH, researched various organization to identify to their club members the percentages of donations to charities. The national average for Rolling Thunder was 95%.
50/50 was won by Paulette Pinczes. $27 will be deposited to events.
New Business
A motion was made by Pat McPherson, and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to give $200 to Kelly Keener so she can purchase toy soldiers. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Dave Noaker, and 2nd by Jack Dowler to increase the previously approved $200 for posts and accessories for our Chairs of Honor by $50. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Dave Noaker, and 2nd by Judi Willgues to spend $295 for an 8 x 5 plaque to accompany the Chair of Honor at Garaway Hight School. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Pat McPherson, and 2nd by Judi Willgues to increase the amount we spend on nonveterans from $1500 to $2100. Motion Defeated.
A motion was made by Harold Fields, and 2nd by Jesse Alvarez to donate $500 to Alpha 11 to help with the expenses for the Round Table that will be held on February 15th as the VSC on Waterloo Road. Motion carried
All Gun Bash purchases, with the exception of the main and side guns, are to be approved by the Board of Directors.
There being no further business to come before the chapter, a motion was made by Jesse Alvarez, and 2nd by Pat McPherson to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
