President Bob Fankhauser called the July 7, 2024 meeting to order.
The minutes from the June 2, 2024 meeting were approved as read by Carolyn Clement. A motion was made by Donna Smith, and 2nd by JoAnn Suladie to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s report for the month of June, 2024 was read by Nancy Beisler. A motion was made by Mark Lacey, and 2nd by Jim Smith to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit. Motion carried.

President Report: Bob welcomed our three new members Charles Aucker, Terry McMahan, and Paul Noaker.
Bob paid a water bill for a Veteran in the amount of $502.15.
He thanked all the members who participated in the Rose Lane escort for Veteran Robert Patterson.

The meeting was turned over to Dave Noaker to conduct the first set of nominations. The following members were nominated.

We will be visiting with Veterans at Rose Lane Nursing Home on Tuesday, July 9th and Tuesday, July 23rd. Located at 5425 High Mill Ave, Massillon, OH 44646.
Everyone is invited to Carolyn Liggett’s home on Saturday, July 13th starting at 2:00pm until dark. Bring a chair and food to share.
We received a $500 donation from Stinger Harley Davidson. Carolyn Liggett sent around a thank you card for everyone to sign.
A sign-up sheet was passed around for The Silent Watch at Belden Village which will be held on September 28th from 11:00am until 5:00pm. This is a dress code event.
