   President Bob Fankhauser called the April 16, 2023 meeting to order.<\/p>\n

   The minutes from the March 5, 2023 meeting were approved as read by Carolyn Clement.<\/p>\n

   Treasurer\u2019s report was read by Nancy Beisler.\u00a0 A motion was made by Dave Noaker and 2^{nd<\/sup> by Donna Smith to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n}

   President Report:<\/u> \u00a0Bob thanked the Honor Guard for the great job at the Piston Power Show.<\/p>\n

   Saturday, May 27^{th _<\/sup> Uhrichsville Memorial Services at 10:00am.\u00a0 Leave VFW at 8:30 am in Dress Code.<\/p>\n}

   Sunday, May 28^{th_<\/sup> Ride to Columbus and Dayton Air Force Museum.\u00a0 Leave VFW at 8:00 am.\u00a0 Ride to Veterans Memorial Park at 300 West Broad St, then leave at 12:00 to ride to Wright Patterson AFB.<\/p>\n}

   Wellness Committee<\/u>: Kevin.\u00a0 Keep Donna Smith and family in our thoughts and prayers.\u00a0 Also, James Pierse and Jack Dowler as they recuperate from surgery.<\/p>\n

   Quarter Master<\/u>: Tim Hess.\u00a0 In memoriam patches for Penny Martin are available for $5 each.<\/p>\n

   50\/50:<\/u><\/strong> \u00a0Was won by Donna Smith.\u00a0 $24 will be deposited to events.<\/p>\n

   New Business <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

   A motion was made by Mark Lacey, and 2^{nd<\/sup> by Pat McPherson, to donate $250 to the Ashtabula VSC to help with the purchase of a flagpole.\u00a0 Motion carried.\u00a0A motion was made by Dave Noaker, and 2nd<\/sup> by Pam Murray, to donate $250, from the Ron Mani Account, to help sponsor the Greater Ohio Area Superkids Classics.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n}

   Our next meeting will be held on May 7^{th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n}

   There being no further business to come before the chapter, a motion was made by Pam Murray and 2^{nd<\/sup> by Gloria Ivey to adjourn the meeting.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n}
