   President Bob Fankhauser called the March 5, 2023 meeting to order.<\/p>\n

   The minutes from the February 5, 2023 meeting were approved as read by Carolyn Clement.<\/p>\n

   Treasurer\u2019s report was read by Nancy Beisler.\u00a0 A motion was made by Pat McPherson and 2^{nd<\/sup> by Janet White to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n}

   President Report:<\/u> \u00a0Piston Power Show gate passes were distributed.\u00a0 Enter at the East Entrance.<\/p>\n

   Dues of $40 are delinquent if not paid at this meeting.<\/p>\n

   Vice-President Report: <\/u>\u00a0We received another $100 donation from Jack Dowler, to be deposited in the suicide prevention fund. \u00a0A thank you from Connie May on behalf of the 134^{th<\/sup> FARGT in Syria, Volunteers of America, and Stark State.<\/p>\n}

   50\/50:<\/u><\/strong> \u00a0Was won by Chris Duncan.\u00a0 $30 will be deposited to events.<\/p>\n

   New Business <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

   The Italian American Reverse Raffle will be held on Saturday, April 15^{th<\/sup>, at a cost of $60. Contact Judi Willgues for tickets.<\/p>\n}

   Chapter 8 Chili Cook Off will be held on Sunday, March 19^{th<\/sup> from noon-3:00pm at Post 9520 located at 1439 S Carpenter Rd, Brunswick. Leave VFW @ 11:00am.<\/p>\n}

   Dave and Cindy Noaker donated $100 in memory of their son, Dave Noaker II, to be deposited in the adopt a family fund.<\/p>\n

   Freedom Farm Fest located in Buchanan Virginia will be held April 22 & 23.\u00a0 Contact Bob for tickets, cost is $8.<\/p>\n

   VFW spaghetti dinner from 5:00pm-7:00pm on Friday, March 10.<\/p>\n

   April 20, 2023 the VFW will host a card and Game night.\u00a0 Cost $10<\/p>\n

   Our next meeting will be held on April 16th<\/p>\n
