   President Bob Fankhauser called the December 11, 2022 meeting to order.<\/p>\n

   The minutes from the November 6, 2022 meeting were approved as read by Carolyn Clement.<\/p>\n

   Treasurer\u2019s report was read by Nancy Beisler.\u00a0 A motion was made by Dave Noaker and 2^{nd<\/sup> by Pat McPherson to accept the treasurers report, subject to audit.\u00a0 Motion carried. \u00a0\u00a0We received a $700 donation from Jack Dowler from his book royalties.<\/p>\n}

   President Report:<\/u> Chapter dues of $40 are payable at this time thru March 2023.<\/p>\n

   It was reiterated that members may take part in all events at the gun Bash except the 50\/50.<\/p>\n

   The 2023 Memorial Day run will leave from Columbus and end at the Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton.<\/p>\n

   Vice-President Report: <\/u>\u00a0Wes Suladi: We received a thank you card from Claudia Casey and family, along with a check, in Remembrance of Claude, for $125.\u00a0 We received a $500 donation from Mid-Ohio Mopars, a card from Mission Barbecue congratulating Jim Jarrett on receiving the Ron Mani Award, a thank you from Pegasus Military Family Center, New Freedom Farms, The Woody Williams Foundation, Firestone VFW 3383, and the Keith Nepsa Memorial Scholarship. We also received a thank you for the Giant Eagle gift cards from the VSC of Ashtabula, as well as several personal thank you\u2019s from individual recipients.\u00a0 And last, but not least, a Christmas card from Stark State College.<\/p>\n

   Bob presented Harold Fields with an award of appreciation for his 7 years of running the gun bash.<\/p>\n

   \u00a0<\/u><\/strong>A motion was made by Pat McPherson and 2^{nd<\/sup> by Jim Jarrett that we create a Care Package Fund and that we allocate $1000 to that fund, which will, when added to the $1000 we allocated at the November 2022 meeting, will leave a balance of $2000.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n}

   A motion was made by Pat McPherson and 2^{nd<\/sup> by Paulette Pinczes that we donate $1000 to Hero\u2019s Honored, Inc. for the POW\/MIA memorial at the Veterans Hillside Memorial Cemetery in Canton, OH.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n}

   A motion was made by Jim Jarrett and 2^{nd<\/sup> by Pat McPherson to approve an expenditure of $400 for POW\/MIA flags.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n}

   A motion was made by Jennifer Flecksteiner and 2^{nd<\/sup> by James Pierse to give Kelly Keener $300 for toy soldiers.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n}

   If you want to participate in Wreaths Across America, be at OWRNC at 8:00am on December 17^{th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n}

   The next spaghetti dinner will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 5:00 -7:00.<\/p>\n

   Our next meeting will be on January 8, 2023.<\/p>\n
